1. Linkage

• Circulated files from mail system, groupware, ERP, etc. that is already constructed in the firm can be saved into InternetDisk file server with an offer of OpenAPI.
  
• Since InternetDisk provides linkages with existing Personnel Affairs DB and Organization, it is easy to control and manage information when there are new members joining the company, some employees resign, or people moving to another department.

  Allow a Master Administrator to appoint Sub-Administrators by teams or departments. It helps a Master Administrator relieves burden and sets appropriate management policy for each teams and department for better efficiency.
